3-mile Virtual Run/Walk
Benefiting Our Neighbors in Need

Your daily exercise can help a good cause, too! Register your 3-mile run/walk to help the Suburban Ramsey Emergency Coalition raise money to support our neighbors in need from the COVID-19 pandemic effects.

Register for the Stepping Up for Our Community Run/Walk at https://runsignup.com/Race/MN/anywhere/SteppingUpForOurCommunity3mileVirtualRunWalk

  • Download a printable race bib to wear.
  • Complete your favorite 3-mile distance anytime/anywhere between August 3
    and August 9, 2020.
  • Enter your run/walk time on our event website.
  • Receive a completion certificate that can be used for a DIY Finisher’s T-shirt.

The three fastest times in each male & female age group category will receive a
downloadable certificate suitable for bragging rights and framing!

Registration Fees are:

  • Individual = $20.00 (plus $2.50 processing fee)
  • Family fee = $40.00 (plus processing fee)
  • Additional donations are welcome during the registration process.
